What ab workout videos would be best for me? I am a 54 year old women who needs to loose at least 100 lbs. My doctor says I am healthy (so far) to do whatever I want to do exercise wise. I was told to do lots of cardio but it has done nothing. I have a very large stomach with a small overhang (apron) that I MUST loose. Please help with any advice you can give.
